Classic Tap Dance Studio 2013 Photo Week
Monday May 20 to Thursday May 23
How do I order photos?
Prints of individual and group photos will be available, as well as USB Flash Drive options. Photo order forms will be handed out in class, available at the studio, and available here <Photo Order Form>. Photo questions can be directed to Dan Sprenkle at LSI Film & Video (503-551-2132, or dan@lsifilm.com.) All photo orders will be available for pickup at the studio within 4-6 weeks.
When are photos taken?
Photos will be taken during regular class time the week of Monday May 20 to Thursday May 23. Please have students arrive in full costume, with hair up or pulled back and light makeup if you choose to use it. Saturday class photos will be taken during the week and the teacher will inform the students of the day and time.
What if I don't want individual photos taken?
Please come ready for photos even if you are not purchasing a photo package because all students will be included in the Classic Tap Studio group wall photos of each class.
What if a student is in more than one routine?
If the class is doing more than one routine the teacher will tell the students ahead of time which costume to wear to class and which one to bring. Each class/dance/costume requires a separate order envelope if photos are being ordered for each dance. (One check can be written for multiple envelopes provided you write the check and payment info on all empty envelopes.)
What if I have to miss photo day?
If you have to miss the day you class has their photo taken please inform Jane. Scheduling another time, during photo week, for individual photos is usually possible. Rescheduling group photos is very difficult and may not be possible. In the event that costumes do not arrive by photo week analternative time will be scheduled.
Can parents take pictures?
Not at this time. Due to space and time limitations we ask that parents not be in the photo studio area. Students and their teacher will go from the photo area back to the classroom to practice their routine. Students will practice their group pose and individual pose with their teachers before photo week. Dress rehearsal day is a better time for parents to take photos and there is more time and space at Willamette University.
Thanks for your cooperation during photo week.
